The best way to know the self is feeling oneself at the moments of reckoning. The feeling of being alone, just with your senses, may lead you to think more consciously. More and more of such moments may sensitize ‘you towards you’, towards others. We become regular with introspection and retrospection. We get ‘the’ gradual connect to the higher self we may name Spirituality or God or just a Humane Conscious. We tend to get a rhythm again in life. We need to learn the art of being lonely in crowd while being part of the crowd. A multitude of loneliness in mosaic of relations! One needs to feel it severally, with conscience, before making it a way of life. One needs to live several such lonely moments. One needs to live severallyalone.

WILL THIS BE A DIFFERENT MILE?

Walking down the known aisle
Trying to read the familiar simile
Once again!
Hunting down the smiling guile
For nothing!
None to regain, nothing to reclaim
Crushing down!
The wilt of that wuthering rain

Heading up the tilting cross
That eerie feeling of symbolic loss
One that life keeps in store
That could, once again,
Send me for a toss,
Was there again, set to regain

Lost in the alley of loss and gain
When the life is thrown in mayhem
Just to regain, but nothing to reclaim
The undercurrent of that,
Unnerving omen
When the fugitive turns-in
Once again!
To the beaten, blotted, hunted pain

Desperate in the throws of,
Galleried woes
Linking the life, again,
To the rejuvenating rose
Believing in the words,
In their prose
Moments, when,
The desert sand creeps-in
Peeping-in through a hole
Making even larger moles
In the process,
Taking again,
The running scroll

Walking down the known aisle
Trying to read the familiar simile
Waiting to know all this while
Will this be a different mile?
